Cheesecake Pudding with Mixed Berries

Servings: 4 ramekins

Ingredients

  • 1 package graham crackers
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 34 oz. Jello-O cheesecake instant pudding
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • mix of red and blue berries

Instructions

For the Crust

  • Crumble the graham crackers. Mix with softened butter and sugar, using hands.
  • Press into the bottom of the ramekins (about a 1/4").
  • Place on cookie sheet (or in a pan) and bake on 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Let cool before adding the pudding filling.

For the Filling

  • Whisk the pudding with 2 cups cold milk for 2 minutes. Pour into the ramekins. Pudding sets up in 5 minutes.

For the Topping

  • Top with a mix of red and blue berries.
