Christmas in the Chicago Condo Dining Room – Neutral Christmas Decor with Khaki Velvet Bows, Burgundy, Brown and Gold.

Are you someone who takes down their Christmas decorations right after Christmas?

Or do you wait until after New Year’s Eve?

Or do you – like me – milk it as long as you can? 😉

Because as I type this – and you read this – these twinkle lights are still twinkling.
🙂

And just when I think it might be time to pack it all up for the year, I take a walk around the neighborhood and realize that so many, many of my neighbors are still reveling in the twinkle.
Like me.

Which brings me so much joy!
So who am I to deny my neighbors the joy of my twinkle?

Though, to be honest, I don’t think those looking in (and up) from the outside of our condo can actually see my twinkle lights. 😉

But I can.
And doesn’t that count the most?

In all honestly, I think I’ll start breaking it down this weekend.

Very, very slowly.

With the twinkle lights the last to go!
P.S. If you thought I only have one twinkling Christmas tree this year, don’t be fooled. I have a second one in the corner of the living room. Bigger and much more twinkly! 🙂

Twinkle away I always say! I did take our tree down…but left other twinkle lights a twinkling. It brightens these dark days…and our dark world these days. Happy New Year! 😉
I’m in dreary Ohio….my twinkly lights are going to stay until the end of January….just because it makes me happy to see them. So I say twinkle as long as you want to!
